dozens of Dartmouth College students recently spent a sunny Saturday afternoon. Sponsored by the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding and supported by Cubic Global Defense (CGD) employees and the National Defense University’s Center for Applied Strategic Learning (CASL), the Global Tempest Exercise provided Dartmouth students the opportunity to examine the range of public and private sector responses and domestic implications to a global influenza pandemic.
