Strategic Planning and Defense Assessments ALTD provides high-end, expert professional advice and assistance in formulating Security and Defense Policies and Strategies. Our teams analyze—in conjunction with the host government-- the complete range of factors affecting current and planned defense programs, forces and goals. Cubic assesses and makes defense recommendations based on analyses of threat, risk, regional and international situations, resources and national goals. Force structure and force design recommendations and plans follow with goals of rapid modernization of forces, doctrine and training. For example, Cubic assisted Lithuania in evaluing their National Security Strategy and National Military strategy.
