Cubic’s ALTD assists clients in developing systems for effective
activation and training of reserve or territorial forces in response
to natural disasters or domestic crises, out-of-country operational
deployments, or conflict. Cubic will analyze in-place organizational,
training, call-up and communications architectures and recommend changes
to better meet activation and training needs. Cubic also can draw
on its modeling and simulation expertise to design and help operate
computer simulation-based training programs that meet the needs and
budget of the training audience (i.e., virtual simulation), often
key to reserve force readiness as these simulations offer command
and staff training at much reduced cost.
