ALTD has thorough knowledge of pre-1989 Warsaw Pact or other non-democratic European military organizations and functions, as demonstrated in our Force Assessment and Action Plan developed for the Government of Hungary, our Defense Review and Assessment conducted for the Slovak Republic and our Mater Restructuring Implementation Plan developed for Romania.
