Slovakia

Since September 2000, Cubic has been supporting the Government of the Slovak Republic in their defense modernization efforts. The Cubic team in Slovakia, officially called the Defense Review Group (DRG), assessed the strategic environment of the Army of the Slovak Republic (ASR). This phase included extensive document research, meetings and interviews with key MOD and military leaders. Working with these leaders, our Cubic team helped them develop a National Security Strategy, a National Defense Strategy and a National Military Strategy. These important documents formed the basis for the Slovak Long Term Plan, which Cubic helped develop. This extensive planning document will guide Slovak defense planning through 2010. The Cubic team has also assisted with a number of important analysis products such as the business case analysis in support of the Slovak Air Force.

Cubic continues to assist and support the Slovak government in preparation for NATO membership.
