COMBAT SEARCH AND RESCUE
Cubic's Personnel Locator System (PLS) is the standard combat search-and-rescue system for U.S. and NATO forces. Our advanced personnel recovery products use GPS technology, two-way voice communication and digital moving maps to covertly and precisely locate downed or missing pilots for both civilian and combat missions. New products include our new generation AN/ARS-6 (V12) PLS airborne guidance system and compatible GPS-based URX-3000/4000 handheld radios.

FLIGHT SAFETY
Cubic provides a Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS) that warns helicopter pilots of an impending ground collision. GPWS provides aural and visual warnings, based on an aircraft's actual dynamics and recovery capability, to reduce "controlled flight into terrain" accidents.
