Services Available

  • Define skills and qualities that leaders should possess for each leadership position and publish a Leader Development Map to define the competencies necessary for success and growth of individual leaders.
  • Assess the current state of leadership in your organization using multiple assessment tools that inform individuals how effective they are as leaders. Continuous feedback from the leader’s supervisor, peers and subordinates creates a clear picture of strengths and development needs.
  • Create step-by-step leader development plans that are sequential and progressive for each type of job or specialty.
  • Organize leader resources to account for short-range, mid-range and long-range leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide formal mentoring and coaching and informal feedback by employing senior leaders to assist in developing self-awareness. Individual action plans developed by the coach and the learner provide the road map to transformation into a self-aware and adaptive leader.
  • Support and sustain lifelong learning to ensure that leaders can develop new skills and attributes as the operating environment changes. Self-awareness and adaptability continuously increase through the implementation of tailored leadership development programs.
