| Instrumented
Training
Systems and
Ranges
The Worldwide
Technical Services division was originally founded to provide
field support services to the systems and devices designed, developed,
manufactured and installed by Cubic
Corporation.
To date,
the division has supported a variety of instrumented training
ranges and systems, the most significant of which have been
the Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) System ranges
located in U.S., Egypt, Korea, Canada, the North Sea Range
(England and The Netherlands), Italy, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.
The Tactical
Air Combat Training System (TACTS), which is equivalent
to the ACMI of the
Air
Force, is
the
system
used for
Top
Gun training.
Our personnel
provide operations, maintenance, and logistics support for
the Airborne Instrumentation Subsystem (AIS) pods (Photo

Subsystem (CCS, Photo C), and the Display and Debriefing
Subsystem (DDS, Photo D).
