Cubic Teams With ManTech to Win C4ISR Training

DIEGO, Calif. – March 30, 2005 - Cubic Corporation
(AMEX: CUB) said today its defense segment is part of a
team, led by Fairfax, Virginia-based ManTech International
Corporation,
that has won a training support contract from the U.S.
Navy’s
Space and Warfare Command (SPAWAR). The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity (ID/IQ) contract has a potential value of $76
million.
Cubic’s Information Operations Division, headquartered
in San Diego, and ManTech will develop curriculum and provide
training for command, control, communications, computers,
intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and
other Department of Defense systems for SPAWAR’s Institute
for Naval C4ISR Systems Training.

training curricula and courseware to meet the special needs
of the military and intelligence community. Cubic designs
training programs ranging from basic computing skills to
user qualification courses for advanced Intelligence, Surveillance

Support Business Unit of the Cubic
Defense Applications
group. The Cubic Defense Applications group, one of Cubic's
