Dr. John H. Warner, Jr. Joins Cubic Corporation's Board of Directors

(SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- November 14, 2007) Cubic Corporation (Amex: CUB) announces the appointment of Dr. John H. Warner, Jr. as an independent member of Cubic's Board of Directors. The appointment of Dr. Warner restores Cubic's Board to nine members and compliance with an American Stock Exchange requirement that Cubic maintain a majority of independent directors.

Before joining Cubic's Board, Dr. Warner was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of a large company headquartered in San Diego. In that capacity, Dr. Warner had corporate responsibilities for administrative policies, functions and infrastructure across the corporation, including contracts, subcontracts, procurement, information and telecommunication systems, physical and information security, quality, program management, fixed price programs and world-wide risk management.
