Cubic Appoints Senior Executive to Head Defense Applications Group

(SAN DIEGO, Calif. - June 4, 2008) - Cubic Corporation (Amex: CUB) has appointed Bradley H. Feldmann, a senior executive with a strong track record of improving the profitability of international technology companies, as the new President of Cubic Defense Applications, Inc.

As President, he will oversee Cubic's core air and ground combat training systems businesses, along with leading-edge defense communications and homeland security initiatives. Over the last several years, Feldmann has held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) at various firms in the Defense Electronics, Information Technology and Security Services domains.

A graduate of the Stanford Executive Institute, Feldmann holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a top graduate of the USAF Squadron Officers School and a distinguished graduate of the US Air Force Academy.
