Cegielski joined Cubic in March 2022. Cegielski is responsible for the strategic leadership of global people and culture for Cubic Corporate and Cubic’s Defense businesses. She also has oversight of HR shared services that cross over all Cubic businesses. With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Cegielski is an accomplished executive in leading organizational transformation, guiding through complex change strategies and driving operational excellence.

Previously, Cegielski served as the chief human resources officer for Velocity Vehicle Group, chief human resources officer for OSI Systems, vice president of human resources for Landing Gear, a division of Raytheon Technologies (Formally United Technologies), vice president of Human Capital for XLA in Washington DC and vice president of human resources for AMETEK in San Diego.

Cegielski received an MBA from Northeastern University and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of NHRA in both LA and OC, and a Governing Body Member for SoCal CHRO for CHRO Executive Summits.
