RESILIENT, MULTI-BAND ISR COMMUNICATIONS FOR AIRBORNE PLATFORMS
Cubic’s Dual Channel Modem (DCM) is engineered for CDL Wideband Secure Communications, delivering simultaneous, multi-band connectivity through two fully independent MMT channels. With optional dual Type-1 encryption, the DCM ensures secure ISR datalinks for Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCAs) and other mission-critical platforms.
Supporting full-duplex Standard CDL and Bandwidth-Efficient CDL (BE-CDL), each channel operates at different security levels, data rates, and frequency bands—providing uninterrupted LOS and BLOS connectivity for ISR missions in contested environments.
Compact and ruggedized for airborne, maritime, and ground platforms, the DCM integrates low-latency IP transport, built-in video processing, and flexible operation across UHF, L, S, C, and Ku bands, with Ka-band supported via external up-conversion. Its low-SWaP design enables high-rate data links, reach-back SATCOM, and reliable real-time transport of video, voice, and sensor data.
