Leneis joined Cubic in May 2026.  She leads human resources across Cubic Corporate and Cubic’s Transportation and Defense businesses. Leneis is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide human capital strategies that drive business performance, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of excellence. She also oversees talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR operations, and HR systems, ensuring an integrated approach to supporting Cubic's workforce and growth objectives.

With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Leneis is a seasoned leader in shaping talent strategy and driving organizational transformation, including culture revitalization, change management, and executive development.

Previously, Leneis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Quaker Houghton and InterDigital.  Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Johnson Controls (formerly Tyco), MEI, Inc. (formerly Mars, Inc.), and Lockheed Martin.

Leneis received a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She has served as an Evaluating Faculty Member for Villanova’s HRD Master’s Program and on its Alumni Senior Advisory Board.
