Leneis joined Cubic in May 2026 and leads the CTS HR strategy. She is responsible for driving human capital initiatives that enable business transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a culture of excellence.

With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Leneis is a seasoned leader in shaping talent strategy and driving organizational transformation, including culture revitalization, change management, and executive development.

Previously, Leneis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Quaker Houghton and InterDigital.  Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Johnson Controls (formerly Tyco), MEI, Inc. (formerly Mars, Inc.), and Lockheed Martin.

Leneis received a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She has served as an Evaluating Faculty Member for Villanova’s HRD Master’s Program and on its Alumni Senior Advisory Board.
