Stevan Slijepcevic is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Cubic Corporation, a diversified defense and transportation technology company delivering next-generation solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide. He has led the company since January 2022.

Before joining Cubic, Mr. Slijepcevic spent more than 25 years with Honeywell Aerospace, a global leader in technology and manufacturing for commercial air transport, defense, space, business and general aviation, and emerging urban air mobility markets. During his tenure, he held a series of progressively senior leadership roles that were instrumental in driving Honeywell’s growth and performance.

Most recently, he served as President of Electronic Solutions, where he was responsible for long-term strategic planning as well as the successful development and execution of the company’s annual operating plan to optimize profitability. He previously served as President of Mechanical Systems and Components, Chief Commercial Officer, and Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain.

Mr. Slijepcevic holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Purdue University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
