SAN DIEGO – September 15, 2026 – Cubic Corporation (“Cubic” or the “Company”) today announced that it has reached an agreement to raise up to $175 million in new financing from certain of its existing lenders and financial sponsors to strengthen the Company’s liquidity position and support its operations.
